Your Body Work Experience
My approach combines anatomical function and movement with intuitive touch. I begin all my sessions by performing an initial assessment. I note natural alignment and posture, then I test range of motion, and identify weak/underperforming muscle groups. My goal is to find the "deeper issue in the muscle tissue". Through manual therapy techniques, my goal is to:
- activate dormant muscles & and to get them fire
- break down adhesions & scar tissue
- locate/release trigger points & relieve fascia restriction
I incorporate myofascial work, passive & active stretching, active release techniques, and breathing exercises. My goal is to help create a new mindbody awareness. I encourage my clients to connect with their bodies, and to notice the subtle shifts after a session. My goal is to help my clients create new functional patterns, decrease pain & inflammation, and increase overall wellbeing.

CBD Oil Therapy Any of these modalities listed can be done with the addition of CBD oil to help alleviate pain.
